When Hope School in Wigan decided to add a new sensory classroom, Lee Engineering were chosen to provide an AV solution. We designed a highly interactive environment which is controlled via a central touchscreen. A custom built wall mounted touchpad was designed to allow the pupils to change lighting programs by simply touching a coloured pad. Simplicity of control was the most important aspect of this project and so the touchscreen was designed with a "What Do You Want Do" system to allow simple control of all aspects of the system. 1 button can lead to many actions eg projector power up, video routing, audio routing.
