Who We Are & What we do.

Basically, we are a bunch of techies who never grew out of playing with expensive toys. As a result, we know the products that will work in your system and more importantly keep working.

MD Phil Leedal has over 20 yrs of experience in the electronics design and service field. Phil started Lee Engineering over 15 years ago as a basic electronics service centre and through his knowledge of products and design, the company has grown into what we are today ie A cutting edge system integrator with the knowledge and experience to make your system work. Needs a shave most of the time.

Paul Paluch is in charge of bolting stuff to walls. Paul is our chief installation director and project manages all of our installation work. Paul is responsible for designing a works schedule and seeing it through on site from start to finish and making sure that everything happens in the right time frame to ensure that there are no delays in opening the project on time. Paul is the man when it comes to the use of no nails and coach bolts.

Dan Gregory is our head service engineer and Pharos programmer. Dan deals with all things broken and has almost a sixth sense in diagnosing faults in boxes full of electronics. He works on installations to design and implement Pharos based lighting control in conjunction with Cue system control. Expert in the "impact rectification" school of fixing electronic devices.

Graham Hall is our chief installation engineer. Graham served his time at Heysham Power Station as a joiner before moving into production control for a major paint and wall paper manufacture. Graham joined us in Autumn 2006 and has proved to be vital member of the team. Likes hot tubs, slightly dodgy rock music and rugby although not necessarily in that order. 

Fiona Whitton is the Governer. Fiona looks after all things with pound signs in and deserves a medal for being the only female in the office. Fiona joined us in 2006 and keeps the office running smoothly and makes sure that the bills get paid on time. Remember to be nice on the phone if you want your cheque on time.
